Sustainable Brooklyn Beach Clean Up

Sustainable Brooklyn had its first Annual Free SURF DAY x BEACH CLEAN UP on Sunday August 4th, 2019 with about 50 attendees. Surf enthusiasts Terumi Alana Murao and Atongular Monique who rallied a sound group of volunteers (Cyn, Tina, Abby) led intros to surfing. Additionally, Purcell Dugger (Good Wrk) led a team warm up. We had beautiful speakers from Kwame LaBassiere (Tribe of Zen) and Aydon Gabourel (Laru Beya).
